Instagram: Stories werden um GIF-Sticker erweitert
Instagram hat im offiziellen Blog eine Neuerung für das Story-Format angekündigt. Dadurch können Nutzer diesen nun auch GIF-Sticker hinzufügen.
Dazu hat man eine Kooperation mit dem GIF-Dienst Giphy geschlossen, wie das WhatsApp bereits im vergangenen Jahr getan hat. Beim Hinzufügen eines Stickers zu einem Foto oder Video, das als Story-Beitrag veröffentlicht werden soll, steht dazu nun eine GIF-Option zur Verfügung:
When you tap to add a sticker to a photo or video in stories, you’ll now see a new GIF option. Tap it to open a library full of hundreds of thousands of moving stickers powered by GIPHY. You can browse what’s currently trending on GIPHY or search their extensive collection to find a sticker for just about anything.
Zudem wird Instagram in den kommenden Wochen jegliche Bild- und Videoformate für Stories zulassen. Dann können sowohl Bilder und Videos im quadratischen, Hoch- oder Querformat als Story-Beiträge veröffentlicht werden:
In the coming weeks, we’re also rolling out the ability to upload photos and videos of any size to your story — so you never have to lose part of a photo or cut a friend out of a group video. When you upload a photo or video, pinch to share it in its original dimensions, whether it’s square, portrait or landscape.
